ASKING FOR A LIBRARY CARD? READ THIS FIRST

If you are contacting us to request a library card or to renew one, you MUST include the following information with your request:

  1. Full Name
  2. Address
  3. Phone Number (and specify Cell or Home)
  4. Email Address
  5. Whether the request is for an adult or juvenile card (Juvenile accounts are for residents in 7th grade or lower).

Failure to include these items WILL delay your request, because we will have to follow up with you during business hours (M-F 9-5) and won't be able to proceed until after we have gotten your response. Thank you.


ATTENTION: If you are contacting us because you are concerned about due dates and/or want to renew your items during the library closure due to COVID-19, please check the COVID-19 Updates page regularly. 
ALL CHECKED-OUT LIBRARY ITEMS WERE EXTENDED THROUGH THE END OF MAY. Additionally, the library does not charge late fees while all locations are closed.


If you are requesting a new library account or a renewal or replacement for your existing card, please make sure you include all the information listed in the green box above.

Reminder: We are not able to perform lengthy research. We can provide brief answers to factual questions or suggestions for locations and sources which might help to answer your question.
