Baroque Music Concert on Historical Instruments by Generations Early Music Ensemble

Tuesday, March 19    7:00 - 8:00 PM

Henry Inman Branch Library - Meeting Room

Join us for a special, FREE concert at the Henry Inman Library on Tuesday, March 19, from 7:00 - 8:00 PM by Generations Early Music Ensemble.

The "Generations" ensemble is so named because the players span generations. The youngest player is recorder prodigy Robert Dorsey. They will be playing music of the renaissance, baroque and modern periods. This will be a lively, fun and short (so you can bring the kids) concert where you can not only hear some beautiful music but also learn a little about how music was played hundreds of years ago.

Performers:
Dr. Paul Dorsey - recorder
Robert Dorsey - recorder
Ann Pollack - harpsichord and recorder

Program:
Giovanni Sammartini (1700-1775) - Trio Sonata
2 recorders and continuo
