Jim has been giving programs on meditation in various parts of the country for many years.  He will offer effective, techniques that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation,  promote inner growth and improve our physical mental and spiritual health.  He will also include a short meditation sitting.  Begin the New Year with meditation and join Jim as he invites you on this journey.
