How to print from a laptop or desktop computer at home or work

  1. Begin by visiting the print page for your local library. It's important that you choose the library where you want to pick up your prints.

  2. Select the printer ("Color" or "Black & White") and enter your email address.
  3. Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print.
  4. Click the green print icon. You will see the status of your print job and a reference number.
  5. Go to the library! You don't have to go right away. Print jobs will stay on the printing system for 3 days.
  6. At the Print Release Station in the library, select “Release a Print Job”.
  7. Enter the email address you supplied and then select your print job.
  8. Your print job will be printed!

How to print from a tablet or smartphone

Installing and setting up the PrinterOn app

  1. Visit your device’s app store, install and launch the PrinterOn App.
  2. Click “No printer selected”.
  3. Click “Search”. Search for "Woodbridge Public Library".
  4. Find your local library (the one at which you want to pick up your prints) and tap the printer you want ('Color' or 'Black & White'), then tap 'Save'.

Printing via the PrinterOn app

  1. To print documents: Open the document, click in the upper right corner and upload the document to the PrinterOn app.
    To print photos: Open the PrinterOn app, click on “photo” and select a photo to print.
  2. Once the PrinterOn app opens (if it wasn't already), select your printer of choice and tap the print icon.
  3. Enter an email address and tap on the check mark (you will receive a notice that the job started, and shortly after another message stating “Job Success”).
  4. Go to the library! You don't have to go right away. Print jobs will stay on the printing system for 3 days. 
  5. At the Print Release Station in the library, select “Release a Print Job”.
  6. Enter the email address you supplied and select your print job.
  7. Your print job will be printed!

How to use email to send something directly to library print system

  1. You can email a photo/document directly to the library's print system. Attach your document to an email, and send it to the appropriate email address in the chart:

    Important! Remember that you only be able to print the attachment using this method, not any message in the email.
