Directions to the Henry Inman Branch
From Route 27
For those coming north on Route 27, go as far as possible to where Route 27 "T's" with Route 35. Turn left on Route 35 and proceed to Inman Avenue (about 1 mile.) Turn left on Inman Avenue; proceed for 2 miles to Library, which is on left side of street.
From Route 35
For those coming north on Route 35 (called Amboy Avenue and changes to St. George Avenue at the Woodbridge Senior High School,) proceed north on St. George Avenue for several miles until entering the city of Rahway and until you reach Inman Avenue. Turn left on Inman Avenue and proceed about 2 miles to the Library, which is on the left.
From the Garden State Parkway
Coming either north or south on the Parkway: get off at Exit 131. Turn right onto Route 27 north. Proceed to Wood Avenue (about 1/4 mile.) Turn right onto Wood Avenue and follow until you reach Inman Avenue. Turn right on Inman Avenue and proceed to Library on right side of road (about three blocks down.)
From the New Jersey Turnpike
Proceeding north or south, get off at Exit 10. Get on the Garden State Parkway going north. Follow directions given for the Garden State Parkway.
From Route 1
Traveling north or south on Route 1, look for signs for Route 35 North. Once on Route 35 north, follow directions above for Route 35.
