Meeting Rules


In accordance with statute requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, C.10:4-8(d), listed above  are the regularly scheduled meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge for the year 2023. All meetings will be held in Council Chambers of the Memorial Municipal Building, 1 Main St., Woodbridge, New Jersey, unless publicized to be held at another location. Formal action may be taken at these meetings.


Special meetings of the Zoning Board will be scheduled at the call of the Chairman.  Adequate notice of these meetings will be provided in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.

Membership Details


Current and prospective members as well as alternates are required to take 5 hours of training through a basic course in land use law and planning (P.L. 2005, ch. 133).
