Mayor’s Summer Concert Series Returns

The MAYOR’S SUMMNER CONCERT SERIES returns with WESTERN CENTURIES on the Country Sunday stage at Parker Press Park on Sun., July 9 at 6:00 PM. THE BEGINNINGS (Chicago Tribute) take the Monday Night stage on Mon., July 10 at 7:30 PM “under the stars” at Woodbridge High School. Tribute Band Tuesday performs with RIDERS ON THE STORM (Doors Tribute) on Tues., July 11 at WHS. AMY HELM takes the Woodbridge Wednesday stage on Wed., July 12 at Parker Press Park at 7:30 PM. Local Band Thursday “rocks” with SAAMAN on Thurs., July 13 from the Tanzman Park stage (across from the Downtown Woodbridge Train Station) at 7:30 PM. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the FREE concerts with family and friends!!! The cost of admission to the Mayor’s Summer Concert’s is a can, or two, or three of non-perishable food for the We Feed Woodbridge Food Bank. Take a “Walk in the Woodbridge Wild” at the Ernie Oros Wildlife Preserve in Avenel on Saturday (July 8). Did you know that nine species of bats call New Jersey home!!! Explore the Preserve on a nighttime guided tour to look for Bats!!! Walking tour leaves from the Oros Wildlife Preserve Gazebo at 7:30 PM. The Ernie Oros Wildlife Preserve is located at Omar Avenue in Avenel.
