Join us on Wednesday, October 4th at 7PM at the Main Library to explore the basics of film photography with LA based photographer, Alex Rose Lang.
Authentically showcasing a plethora of dreamy visuals — Born & raised in the Los Angeles area, Alex is celebratory of the powerful collaborative process often implicit in her work. Shot on film, Lang’s work is timeless yet reinventive in its revival of a “60’s/70’s dreamscape,” inspired by photographers such as Helmut Newton, film directors like Alfred Hitchcock, and pop songstress Kylie Minogue.
