Mayor John E. McCormac and the Woodbridge Township Municipal Council will host Woodbridge Community Day on Sun., Oct. 28, 2018 at 11:30 AM at the Woodbridge Community Center (WCC) to recognize 50 community volunteers and present the 2018 Mayor’s Community Volunteer Award for distinguished community service.
The Woodbridge Township community is served by volunteers helping residents and neighbors in countless ways each and every day - volunteer service that includes church and community, student tutoring, athletic coaches, hospital aides, senior resident assistance, clothing and food drive coordinators, first aid and fire squad members, serving and assisting area homeless, participating in the annual Tooling Around the Township home repair program, and many more community service endeavors and programs.
