Have you ever bought a product and came home feeling like you haven't gotten what you've paid for? Learn what to do once you've purchased a defective product and ways to get protection from defective products.

Senior Attorney Laura E. Fein of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC will join us virtually January 25 at 7PM to tell us all we need to know about product liability law. Laura will fill us in on the role of a lawyers in these cases and her experiences handling product liability cases.

Product liability is the area of law in which manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, retailers, and others who make products available to the public are held responsible for the injuries those products cause. There are three major types of product liability: manufacturing defects, designs defects, and failure to warn.
