Spring is here, and what better way to welcome it than by bringing some pretty pollinators to your garden? Butterflies are not only beautiful to look at, but they also play a vital role in our ecosystem by pollinating plants.
Join us May 2 at 7PM for a program where you will learn about the importance of creating a welcoming habitat for butterflies, including the best types of plants to grow! Rutgers Master Gardener Kelly-Jane will also provide practical tips on how to care for your plants, so that they thrive and attract even more butterflies.
Registration is required! Please register here or call 732-634-4450.
Kelly-Jane Cotter is a Rutgers Master Gardener, a volunteer at the Butterfly House and the Native Plants Nursery at the E.A.R.T.H. Center in South Brunswick, and a longtime local journalist, currently focusing on food and agriculture.
