Woodbridge Township is under the spell of “Haunted Halloween” with special Township-wide “Spooktacular” events celebrating “All Hollows Eve.” The Department of Recreation has a line-up of Halloween events that are not to be missed!!! “Pumpkin Painting” returns to Parker Press Park on Wed., Oct. 18 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Come pick out a “great” pumpkin and paint a Halloween masterpiece. It’s “Stuff Your Own Scarecrow” on Thurs., Oct. 19 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Parker Press Park. We supply the hay... you bring some old clothes and create your own take-home scarecrow. The Halloween “Trunk-or-Treat & Costume Contest” returns to the Woodbridge Community Center (WCC) on Sun., Oct. 22 from 1:30 – 3:30 P.M. Show off your Halloween costume while “Trunk-or-Treating.” Prizes for funniest, scariest and most original costume. And, stick around for the “Halloween Drive-In Movie” – “Hotel Transylvania” – showing at dusk in the WCC parking lot. Halloween Hay Rides are set for Thurs., Oct. 26 from 6:30 – 8:30 P.M. at Parker Press Park... Beware of the Ghosts & Goblins along the way!!!
