1. Where can I apply for a marriage license?

You can obtain a marriage license at the Municipal Clerk’s office in the Woodbridge Township Municipal building located on the first floor:

As a courtesy, our court judges will perform marriages. Once you apply for an marriage license you should go to the Municipal Court window located on the first floor court window and pick a date to get married with one of the court staff. Our address is

3. What do I need to bring on the day I am going to get married?

On the day you’re going to get married you need to have 2 witnesses of the age of 18 years or older. You must have your marriage license with you. When the judge is in recess he will perform the marriage.
