Physical examination, Health Counseling, and Immunizations
Fee $10 for underinsured or uninsured
School-Age Immunization Clinic:
Immunizations for ages 6 years through High School
School Physicals
Provide the Child up-to-date vaccine record
Fee $10 for underinsured or uninsured
The child must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
Adult Health Clinic:
Vaccine $10 for Uninsured or Underinsured
Vaccine $25 for Medicaid or Medicare
Flu Clinic:
Flu for Adults and Children
